Established in 17th May 2021, L’Aquila is a small restaurant in Manchester. Focused on core values such as quality, taste and sustainability, our mission is to bring delicious recipes to life using seasonal and quality ingredients sourced from small, artisan producers as much as possible.

Our homemade food is accompanied by an ever changing selection of natural, organic, biodynamic wines from small Italian producers, local craft beers and sustainable soft drinks and spirits.

All the team at L’Aquila is fundamental in delivering a good service to the diners. We all work together to make customers feel welcome, treating them with great care and respect while gracefully serving an excellent meal in a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Using only the freshest seasonal & regional Italian ingredients, the menu is uniquely inviting and delicious, freshly made pasta and risotto alongside delicately prepared fish and heartier meat dishes. Something for every day and something for every special occasion. As the Italians say… food is how we express our love.

Wow! The food here is amazing, we went for the first time and it was so good we went again the next night. Highly recommend the steak Al pepe, and the meatball starter. Staff were very friendly and extremely welcoming, the food was well prepared and seasoned. Cannot wait to go again, our new favourite Italian restaurant!

From the staff to the food. I love this place, my family loves this place and my fussy 14 year old too. Have always had a 5 star experience. The only down side is so much choice is what to choose. As each dish is exquisite and have never been let down.
